No niggles, chaos bring Nobbla!

We start with a double skull but manage to KO two Chaos Warriors (a blitz and a foul). Nobbla starts his chainsaw, but apart from that they have a bad turn, dont get anyone down. Our luck continures T2 as we KO a beastman and stun two players (one of them Nobbla). T3 we hurt the troll (reg works) but then Nuffle leaves us - Nobbla badly hurts one of our blitzers. A double one T4 for a gfi to blitz Nobbla makes life hard for us, as he KOs a black orc, and then assists a foul that badly hurts another. Our advantage of playing 10-7 is instantly turned into 8-7 thanks to great play from Nobbla! We improve our playing but run out of rr, and when a two dicer doesnt move a chaos beastman we need a 3+ dodge to TD T8. Luckily we make it.

4 Out of their 5 KOs come back for second half (all except beastwoman Linda), unfortunately though for chaos ref spots Nobbla, who so far has been the best player of the game. We on the other hand lack a blitzer and a black orc (both badly hurt). All in all, it looks good for chaos, especially as they stun two of our LOS-fodder and kill the third (apo not used as he is a unskilled lineman. Thus we feel forced to go for a very offensive defense, rather desperate move really!, but manage to get two tackle zones on their ball carrier. They niggle one of them with a blitz (apo not used as he has only av8). We dont give up and yet again squeeze the ball carrier between two of our players. They get them down but cant run away so T3 we manage to get the ball loose. They block early with the troll but he fails and gives us a chance to get the ball. They get a twodicer on my ball carrier but even with rr they dont get him down, we can safely sc...! Well, we could have scored safely 2 turns later, but trying to block a litte first I forgot about his Troll and attempt a dodge into 3 tz's with a black orc. Of course it doesnt work and they have a theoretical chance to tie it. T7 they fail the rerolled pass, not sure if a 6 or 5 was needed. T8 they pull off a 3+4+4+3+4+ but fail the last recieving 3+ :).

Well, Nobbla was the true hero of the game. Survived my blitzes, hurt my players, he was everywhere first half (except a stun or two). Second half I really messed up, and almost suffered a tie (which probably would have been a more fair result). ”
