Another draw and another +1 on ff ,3 in a row, maybe fans love blood and tied games..

The match started with a double 1 when ball carrier tryed to gfi, that makes the first half weirder than spected but a nice streak of blocks and chain push allowed us to score.

At the start of the second half he recovered all ko guys and sent out 3 of my guys during turns 1,2 and 3, after only 2 turns since this one we were 7 vs 11 but we manage to block the ball carrier.

But when thing was going smooth another double 1 on gfi gave him the chance to score.

Anyway that was probably my worst coached game against him.

-----------------

Was making a box for him when rolled double one first..i didnt complain during the match, just laught at it, and then wrote here.

Second double 1 was when i needed to blitz with my sf block dodge BoB in order to put the second tz on ball, that would bound u to blitz with the tackling blitzer leaving u a Bob to try the pick up and pass.. so would need a lil more luck to score
------------------------

About luck: First 4 turns it was 49-89, a lil weird for me, at the start of second half u got numerical advantage at first turn and i managed to to make u run-back with the blitz on ur ball carrier , i admit i fell into unforced mistakes but u did too even with more guys on the pitch.

And hired Varag (notifying u about that) to replace my injuried star blitzer equalling this way the number of players for this match.

I must say it wasnt my favourite match against u, but hope the one will be better.

#11 Catherine – Dead (RIP)
Round: 119. Our 6th point game this round
Previous games: 3 (2/1/0)
Players: We 13, they 14. They bring Varag.
Handicaps: bad press for us
Weather: fine
Tos: they win it and start on offense.
---
Well, Blainkhard hires Varag in spite of having a much stronger team (more guards, more players etc) but still has trouble against my orcs. They fail some gfis and drop the ball, but my troll KOs himself on a gfi and we cant secure the ball. They pick it up on a 5+ and then try a pass (one of many rather risky plays by them) which fails. We get the ball but they soon recover it with Varag. I get a onedicer on him in spite of all the guard, but the skull sends my player to KO. A dodge KOs a third of mine :) and Varag can soon run away and score last turn.

We get back all three KOs (none of them came back for the last turn first half) and can field 11 players without the goblin. We manage to badly hurt two of their players and KO another quite early. However, a double skull badly hurts one of ours, and they do several powonedicers to break through to our ball carrier. Then we kill our thrower with a two dicer (apo fails). They do more and more onedicers, and even get a double pow on a two against. However, a gfi to get some assists fails before some of his players stood up. This allows me to get the ball and score last turn for the tie.
---

Translation to english: I dont count double ones nor do I complain about them, unless there is a huge amount of them. Its true that Blainkhard had some bad luck initially, but going for it twice with the ball carrier without any protection just to use him for an assist was a rather big risk. I wasnt playing great all the time either - so I think a tie was quite fair.
---
Edit:
1. I know you notified me about Varag. Didnt say you didnt. Even though it is not required in the rules, I appreciate you did. I mentioned that because your team was much stronger than mine even without him - whenever my orcs manage a tie against a stronger team I want to remember that proudly ;).
2. You were making a box for you ball carrier? You tried to put him next to my st5 black orc in order to get an assist. But even if you would have gotten Carl Rodd down and formed a "cage" that would not have stopped Carl from twodicing your ball carrier next turn since he had stand firm. Thus I found that move risky - nothing more.
3. The second double one, well, I just wanted to say that I wouldnt have done it the same way. Since your player had blodge and stand firm, i probably wouldnt have gotten him down without tackle (and only player with tackle was the one who was suppose to pick up the ball). Thus, I would have first stood him up, and then done dodge (in original report i stated it was a gfi, but it was in fact a break tackle dodge, 2+, with rr) with the other. AND, I would most definetely had stood up the other two players that were down before that - one would, without any risk what so ever, have reached and put a TZ on either my blitzer that was to pick up the ball or the blitzer that was suppose to get the ball to score last turn. However, I didnt mean to offend you.
4. I already admited in my original match report that I did mistakes too. For instance, it was quite foolish to block with my blitzer after using the rr earlier on. A double skull is not that rare, and I really shouldnt block when the risk outweighs the potential gain.
5. Finally, there were some misunderstandings during the game. Since I was partly responsible for them - I apologize, and hope we have a much more enjoyable game next time. I do have to say I did enjoy this one too.
