“After taking some brutal beatings the last two matches, the Mummies came into this game hoping to break some Amazon armor. They followed that game plan to a 'T' starting with a SI caused on the second block thrown in the game. They pounded their way down field in the first half ending with 4 KOs, 2 SIs,and a 1-0 lead.

The Super Comic Babes received the kickoff in the second half and worked the ball into the Mummies half of the field. But a well placed blitz & reroll lead to Wonder Woman being Seriously injured and the ball back in Cursing Mummies hands. Once again caging and blocking their way down field the Mummies ended the second half with 3 KOs, 1 BH, 2 SIs, 1 RIP, and a 2-0 victory.

Aha received his first Canopic Coffin for a kill and Imhotep his first Winged Scarab for his game winning TD.

Cursing Mummies is now in 4th place with a chance at finishing their inaugural season in second place. However, for that to happen they'll need a victory against undefeated Assault Armada Resurrected as well as losses from the two teams in front of them.
