The Dragons file in and take their already customary places. “There’d better be more bloodshed this time” declares Vorosh sulkily “or I’ll cause some myself!” “Good things take time and we have scarce begun the journey” intones Intet. “Let us see how our playthings fare under wiser and more prudent tutelage” he says, giving an already smug Draco a condescending look.

The last turn interception sends Dromar into a frenzy of maniacal glee while Rith glares daggers at Intet for their failure to win. “Patience Rith” soothes Intet “it was not a loss, fate intervened” grinning at Dromar who is still looping-the-loop “and you lead the scale now”. “And some action at last” interjects Vorosh “although it could have been better”. He launches himself into the air with a huff and leaves, part satisfied, part discontented.

“Use of apothecaries should be banned” Draco grumbles to himself “that mino was stone cold dead! An injury is no compensation”. He follows the others into a moonlit sky.
