“Luck was on our side with 2 less than useful handicaps for the Legion and their single niggler out, while the 2 niggling Rats showed up to play.

Tunnels made a quick break off the kickoff but was intercepted by Dag'nar II who tackled him, picked up the ball and then tripped over and knocked himself out. The ball spilled into the crowd, and when it came flying out it was Westend Wes who was nearby to pick it up and score in turn 2.

The next kickoff and the AG4 Orcs proved their worth, picking the ball up easily and forming a cage. The Legion moved the cage down the field but failed a dodge and left a gap open. The ball was spilled and almost recovered but the pass went to ground and the half ended at 1-0.

The second half was the same again except this time the Legion held onto the ball and scored in turn 6.

This left just enough time for Tunnels to run in the decider!
