“After much cursing and gnashing of teeth the fated match between Hull Undercity and FC Warsaw finally took place!

56000 Rabid (actually Rabid in the Rodents case, merely drunk and disorderly in the case of the Dwarf supporters) supporters showed up to witness this titanic struggle. Warsaw Rodents Runner (try saying that 3 times fast) Radoslaw Majewski ingested Warpstone doping agents to increase his strength for the match.

Warsaw received the opening kick and wasted no time getting the ball and zipping down the field. The Rodents early score set the pace for the match.

Hull Defender Wayne Brown was overheard saying "Have we kicked off yet?" Yes Wayne your team had kicked off...and surrendered the opening score...

Hull sets up to receive and the Rodents place a perfectly placed ball in the wide area away from most of the Dwarf-Tigers offense! Unable to fully protect the ball the Rodents blitzed Ian Ashbeard, scooped up the ball and headed for a decisive second score! New-dwarf Runner Geo-Vanni stumbled his way to the rescue but fell down for the second time in the half allowing Radoslaw Majewski to score making it 2-nil!

Hull rallied around their Coach not really knowing what to do to combat the menace of the Rodents offense. "Lads, if you don't start blocking and hitting like you mean it, I'm taking away the halftime Brew!" was coach Stinkytroll's alarming threat to the team.

Henrik Pedersen and George Boateng were so incensed they went on a murder spree!! 7 casuaties against the Warsaw Rodents ended their immediate scoring threats and the Dwarf-Tigers ended the first half with a score by Geo-Vanni making it 2-1 Rodents at the half.

Since the Dwarf-Tigers went on a murdering rampage in the first half, they were treated to a Keg of fine Lager!

Starting the second half Hull received the kick and with renewed confidence and staggering, belching drunkeness from the keg of Lager they proceeded to march/stumble down the pitch.

Beginning with a score by Ian Ashbeard the Dwarf attack was commenced, leveling the score at 2-2. 5 members of FC Warsaw were all that remained on the pitch and Vermin Gregorz Bronowicki and Ogre Roarr Zbukowski fought valiantly in the second half. But the Dwarf Tigers attack was too much to overcome displacing the ball and driving for the winning score by Geo-Vanni! 2 scores earned Geo-Vanni the Dwarf of the Match award.

Now the Dwarf-Tigers set their sites on second place New Orleans Voodoo FC with first place in OBBA Conference North hanging in the balance!
