“A weird ending for a weird match. The ogres had a great game from the first turn, when they got perfect defense, and then followed up by completly dominating the bashing game. With few missed bonehead rolls, good blocks and goblins that succeeded with pick-ups and dodges life was hard for the khemri, and I got frustrated and whiny :)

The first half should have ended 1-0 to ATozz despite me starting on offense, but a risky 2d block with an ogre without a reroll saved ended that chance.

In the 2nd half the ogres kept rolling over the mummies and scored with little problems in T4. I still had 11 players left, but 2 mummies were out and not a lot of time to try to tie the match. Somehow I managed to go past the ogres on the LOS. A great turn for the ogres tied up most of my players, including 2 goblins around my thro-ra with 1 turn left to run in the ball. ATozz had, as he said himself, elfballed with his ogres. So I got inspired. A blitz move with the thro-ra took out one of the goblins and then The Caretaker dodged to get the ball in.

A weird ending to a weird match! Hopefully the lucky tie will mark the end of a bit of a bad luck streak.
