“Today the rats of the people faced off against a very agile and determined Nurgle team. These rotters claim to be the chosen of Zenituz, but it seemed today that he was vastly inferior to the powers of Nuffle. The first half saw the chosen ones fail virtually every key roll needed. This allowed the red army rats to sneak in behind their lines and play keep away with the ball. However the comrades grew to arrogant with this game and almost turned the ball over to the very frustrated rotters. It was Nuffle once again that saved the rats when a beastman came for Georgy Malenkov as he desperately clung to the ball by the end zone. The beastman was wrestled to the ground by the former peoples leader; after which he scored to end the first half up by one.

The second half saw the chosen ones luck improve, as they were able to score quickly and tie the game. The crusaders of communism rallied back and to take the lead once more midway through the second. The rats then tried to slow the on coming hoard as the rain started to pour. These rotters however had two beastmen that must have some elvan heritage as they are both adept and handling the ball. The rotters proceeded to march down the field swatting rats aside and injuring several. It was a gutsy play by North Korea’s own Kim Jong Il that allowed the rats to almost recover the ball and go up by two. Kim Jong Il toppled the ball carrier and the ball bounced loose. However as Gorbachev attempted a relatively simple dodge for the ball he was tripped up and nearly died on the play. The rotters were then able to score just as the final wistle blew ending the game.

Thank you Trulls for a most exciting and difficult game, a tie is certainly a fair outcome. We welcome a rematch anytime.
