“An awful match for the Kings. I can only now, a week later, bring myself to write about it.
Glass jawed and inept are the words that come to mind to describe the Kings during this match.
After admiring their luck in the first minutes of the game the gods enjoyed making the elves pay for their pride. Many a play faltered at the outset and a sure TD was denied them as the aptly named Slip-fi took a dive on the line spilling the ball.
Players failed to dodge. Failed at blocking. Even the elven throwers couldn't pass the ball dropping it at their own feet instead.
A sad day with not much to celebrate for the not so high elves. Congrats to the Fungus on the win.”

We are used to more shade.
Luckily some clouds came in with the kick off, and it was a perect day for Blood Bowl. And we had a pretty perfect day.
We managed to trick the ref and win the toss.
The Elves took the kick, and we began. In the first quarter, we began to punish the Elves, knocking the down, where we wanted, and off the field. We slowly ran the ball up the field before scoring late in the third quarter of the half. Due too our intoxicated state, we aren't completely sure what exactly happened after that...
These things we know, we just aren't sure of the order. Except for this bit. Many of the Elves that had been injured were able to return to the field for the second half. But we went at them pretty hard after that anyway and had almost a quarter of them off the field in the first quarter, of the second half, of the match. They didn't really come back on, maybe one of them did. Really not many.
Unfortunately, many of the Elves made errors early in their plays and we were able to capitalise on these errors in the majority of instances. It was good, we thought. That said, the Elves played well, but due to badly timed errors were rarely able to execute anything to any kind of satisfactory level. It was horrifying, although we are suprised by the disapointment of the Elves' fans, as things got really quiet during the second half. We thought everyone would just quietly leave after the match and pretend it never happen.
Her took a fairly impressive interception, for her, and made two fine passes in the match. Tahlia and Nyree each scored a touch down... we think both in the second half. Gilbi may have scored our first touchdown... she definately scored one. We just aren't totally sure which one it was. Definately one of the first two. And we think that maybe Nitza.. yes, definately Nitza made the final pass to Nyree, for our thrid touch down. And Tahlia scored the other one. Maybe she was first. Our fungus brew was good today.
We twice blitzed on the kick off, once in the first half, and once in the second. So maybe we did score twice in the first...
...no, we think it was twice in the second half, and that Slipfi Noifflia almost sprinted in a touch down for the elves late in the first half, but collapsed over the line without control of the ball and winded himself quiet badly. Barking like a baby with croup he was. He was fine for the second half though. It was rather impressive, and he probably deserved to score, and was thus awarded mvp of his team. Trooper.
We thought it was a good, but very one sided match. We thank Kaos War Monk and his Elves for their time, and wish them the best of luck next time. We presume they will want to restore their honour at some point.
