“Kondor crossed the pitch and met coach Glass at mid field to compliment him on the match.

Prior to the match, there was plenty of dispute about which of his teams would face the Rat Patrol. The mice were quite nervous about facing the band of chaos others had told them about. (Read I was a coward, and really dreaded the meeting.) In the end the team captains drew straws to see what the match would be. The Hedge Wardens drew the short straw, and the game commenced with an audible sigh of relief from coach Kondor.

Soon, the balls were flying, and the rats were giving themselves to the cause. Batty was crushed and will never fly again. Ignatz took a blow to the head and will be playing without a helmet.

As per the game plan, the Gutter Runners went to work. Dodging, protecting, and even throwing for a TD. Sadly for the wardens, their catcher tried to be the hero and tripped over an outstretched skaven leg and came crashing to the truff holding his shoulder. Coach Glass looked at the wafer thin lass and pronouncedly pointed his thumb towards the ground. This would be the last match for d'Phairlain.
