It was a nice simple 2-1 win, with the classic running game and timing the TDs that some people complain about, but I thought it was brilliantly done. I was so thrilled to play an opponent that played the ball. Not only did he deserve to win, but I was actually somewhat glad he did. Simple, rock solid game.

The telling play was a small one. He blitzed a Line Elf with one of his (many very nasty) BOBs, clearly planning on then moving the BOB on to form up part of the cage. He rolled a Push / Double Down. He could have taken the Double Down (he had block, I didn't), but he actually looked ahead and took the push so that he could get into position. That's the sign of someone who's playing the game well.
