The problem was it was me getting the dice, not TheCount. Nuffle was winking and shoving a plain envelope filled with 6's and POWs across the table to me, and I just stared at him blankly like I didn't know what he meant. "Yes Mr.Nuffle, they ARE very lovely POWs" "Mr.Nuffle, you forgot to take your envelope with you...Mr.Nuffle, you left this behind..."

I have rarely played a worse game. My offense was a "make a few blocks and don't gain any ground" affair. I left my ball carrier too exposed. I made 1dbs that I had carefully planned out to be 2d, but didn't put guys in the right place. I accidentally pathed my troll into a TZ (fortunately I noticed and didn't also dodge). I handed off to a 3spp blitzer to score (3+) rather than make a 2+ GFI with my niggled 4 skill blitzer, with no rerolls left. Err, that turned out to be the highlight of the game for me, actually. I bet TheCount could name a few I overlooked here, they aren't hard to find.

Well...I bonked a tree hard enough to make it miss a game. That should count for something.
