“What an awful game. Nothing at all worked, from gfis, to necessary blocks. Gordreg took his chances well, but when it come to a dodge, dodge, blitz, dodge, pickup, throw, catch successes in a row, I felt a little like the game wasn't meant to be won. Gordreg made perhaps a dozen dodges, with only one failure.

Second half, much the same. Failed the only dodge I made, which would have given me two TZs on the ballcarrier. If the first block I had made hadn't been a double skull (after I had to rr the GFI) I'd have TZd the ball carrier well into his own half. As it went, the ball carrier was free to run away with support.

The loss means that a strong chance to win the league has probably been wasted. Promotion still looks good, but I was looking forward to having a season of strong games. Well done to Gordreg for thwarting that!

P.S. I've got to learn to play Rotters better. I rarely lose against chaos, but just can't cut it against the uglies.”
