This was shaping up to be a heck of a game. A fun matchup for my first try against lawman.

Game started off with one of my fans nailing the Rat Ogre with a rock, leaving him BH'd. I have got to get the name of that fan, I might be signing him on soon. Lawman evens it out by BHing my mino first turn. The skaven then scamper downfield and score on t2 to take the lead.

The Fjords receive and take the rest of the half to grind their way downfield, bashing the fragile little guys as much as possible, and go into the 2nd half tied and with the skaven only able to lineup 8 players (I think).

Opening drive the Norse again plow downfield, relatively easily with their greater numbers, and by t4 are in a position that they probably could have stalled out the rest of the game if they wanted. Not wanted to show Lawman how much of a jerk I am just yet, I decided not to stall. The crazy 3die my choice blitz from his gutter that came up triple pows and a RIP (apo to the rescue!) helped my decision a bit too.

So I kick off and he promptly one turns with a gutter to make it interesting.

Then the crap hit the fan.

He kicks off to me and gets a blitz. Then his connection hiccups. We tried to reload 6 times, and we never saw the ball again. No record in the log of it bouncing anywhere from the kick off, and it didn't show anywhere on the field. The darn thing just plain disappeared. So after all those attempts, we eventually just decided to call it a draw and clicked on through to the end.

Probably the best choice for me anyway since I think he would have pulled out the win if we had been able to continue!

Good game Lawman, I hope our future matches are as entertaining as this one was.
