“A much more interesting game than I was expecting. An almost complete roster of the dead faced up against only 9 lizards. However, coach Irgy's plan to take out the 3 skinks as quickly as possible was foiled by ohu`Atl, who was made of iron this game and seemingly immune to injury. naca'Tamalli was buzzing around the field causing no end of trouble. The Sauri took more zombies off the pitch than we even have on the team (they kept coming back), quickly evening up the numbers on the first drive. Three of the Steve's friends were feeling sick and each missed quite a lot of the game.

In the end it was a couple of good catches from the fleshies rather than anything else which brought us comfortably in front.

On the first drive, Steve's presence was so intimidating that the skink holding the ball simply handed it to him. Steve smacked him down for good measure anyway. Steve was knocked down eventually but the wights recovered the ball to score.

The lizards nearly replied with a handoff to a saurus, but he fell over on the line.

In the second half Henry recovered a missed handoff and slowly made his way to the end zone for the uncatchable 2-0 lead.

We nearly scored again with a last turn desperate play involving chain pushing a grounded wolf and running a zombie backwards to hand off the ball so a ghoul could attempt the pass. However despite the 12 or so other rolls I succesfully made to set up the 3+ pass, it was fumbled. It felt very similar to the lizards failed td at the end of the first half.
