“Steelers took on a very scary looking Khemri team - Octec's Guardians. A very painful match was expected, but things didn't turn out exactly as anticipated.

The Khemri got their chance at offence first. The kick was near perfect, very close to the khemrian endzone. Steelers players charged right by the line of scrimmage to the ball carrier. Some bad luck on the khemri side made it possible for Steelers to grab the ball. A fierce fight for the control of the pigskin ensued, but the slow khemri were outmaneuvered by the human runners. 1-0 was scored near with four turns remaining on the clock.

The Octec's Guardians tried to retaliate and got very close, but not close enough. They plowed Steelers players out of their way and caused a lot of grief with multiple KOs. But in the end they did not score.

Steelers got a chance to increase their lead during the first drive of the second half. They had a good charge going, but eventually they failed on a critical blitz, which resulted in a forced dodge attempt, that was botched. Khemri players grabbed the ball. At this point a LOT of humans were in the KO box, but the evil undead didn't stop there. At the end of the half, there were at least seven players in the KO box. It was really an easy score for the Octec's. Steelers had no chance of stopping the attack. They were lucky though, that the players were in the KO box and not hurt more seriously.
