After taking some punishment at LOS we swarmed in all over the flings.
Both sides played dirty and Arcanaloth died (luckily he was just some random guy we hired for this game)due to a nasty boot by Popaldrida. The treemen, true to their calling started punishing their own flings just like last game.
We got a shot at their ballcarrier early on were lucky to send him into the ground. We now had all the small bastards surrounded and the ball fairly safe.
Like sharks in bloodfilled water we descended upon the poor haflings and tore them apart. There were some minor scirmishes but nothing that really could threaten Pit Fiend from scoring.

We had a little scare in the beginning of the second half as we were not able to secure the ball right away and shorly failed to pick it up. But lucky for us haflings failed a dodge early in their attemt to make our life miserable. We repayed the kindness by crowdpushing and fouling left and right. Slowly but still fairly under control we advanced but we were a bit short of time. We then managed to strike a hole and move our ballcarrier through into scoring distance.
Everything looked like it was going to be a 2-0 victory. But TheEmu were determined and his players performed an heroic act and put our ballcarrier into the ground. We almost managed to recover from that blow, it all came down to a failed catch in the endzone.
