Due to all the injuries the dark elves carry around, their TR is hugely inflated to their TS. This meant giving away 2 handis to James' rats, who also beat us last season.
The greatest meant that the 2 team stars wouldn't play at the same time, keeping Huvoxas Skullgrin and his 14.8 TS on the bench all, game, effectively leaving the 9 dark elves at TS140 battling 13 rats at TS165.
The fast rats proved un-stoppable, and the season now looks bleak for the headrippers ambitions of staying in the conference. However, looking at the injuries their carry around (3 niggles, 1 -av, 2 -ma), a season of recovery in the regionals might do them well.
