We kick first and a poor set of blocks on their first turn lets us charge forwards before they have recovered the ball. T2 and they engineer a way to crowdpush our blodge MB wolf... but again dice fail them and we can throw out their blodge beastman instead! We've stolen the ball but a POW blitz KOs the wolf and knocks it free. We spend the next two turns crowdpushing two more beastmen with the ball mostly ignored on the sideline, til they finally pushback one of our players onto it. It bounces into the crowd: clearly chaos fans from the lack of surf injuries and now from their diagonal throw towards our endzone. We blitz our wolf backwards but their claw + MB CW immediately chases him, KILLING him with a blitz!
We defend well however, with two flesh golems over the ball, and though one is badly hurt by the same CW he at least regens, and they fail to get at the ball before the half time whistle blows.
Our wolf wakes up so we have 11 vs 12 as they kick off the 2nd half. We then have an exceptionally good start, KO'ing one CW, MNG'ing another (apo saves) and BH'ing their claw/MB with our own claw/MB. They crowd around our blodge wolf, putting in 3 2d blocks and blitzes and finally rerolling the last one to POW him over. They crowd in 4 players for the foul, but fail to hurt him.
We push the ball up that side but they defend well, with a dodge blitz on T3 managing to POW our ghoul with the ball, before scattering it behind two zombies with further blocks. With the ball fairly safe and the chaos squad missing 3 CWs, it's fairly easy for us to keep blocking them over without them getting near the ball. By T7 we've scored another BH and a niggle, and we have the ball in hand by their endzone to score on T8.
