My opponent got POWs and never failed a IGMEOY roll and the CAS piled up. I rolled skulls and pushes and more than a few 1s.
Despite being completely and totally out-bashed and out-fouled, my pesky rats were able to keep up the pressure, even managing a 1-turn score at the end of the 1st half to even things up.
The rats were swarmed by the orcs in the 2nd half but managed to steal the ball and tried to make a break near the end of the half but the orcs made a number of successive rolls with an AG3 orc blitzer to dodge twice, blitz the ball carrier, GFI, pick up the ball and score on the subsequent turn (turn 16).
Wasn't sure who the spectators were in this match - hopefully friends of tuamadre as that could be the only explanation for cheering for orcs that vastly outnumber rats :P
Was a much closer game than the CAS and luck meter indicate. Next match is gonna be a tough one.”
