#12 George Coldeagle – Broken Ribs (MNG)
Flashback13's CDs are fairly regulation with a +MA bull their only standout skillup. Lets hope we can claw a few out early!

We receive first and advance fairly solidly, trying to remove dwarves with our claws but not getting very far. By T4 both our wolves have been KO'd while we've KO'd one dwarf and seen a hobgob sent off. Meanwhile we've used up most of rerolls on 2d blocks though at least the ball hasn't been threatened. T6 and we score with our rookie ghoul just before we get overwhelmed, having just seen a zombie MNG'd.

We kick off again with a few turns til half time. They rush the ball into our half and on T8 we go for a 1d frenzy blitz to crowdpush their ball carrier... but even with a RR get two skulls and they are able to equalise!

We kick off the 2nd half 11 vs 11 with a wolf and a bull centaur in the KO boxes. They quickly MNG a zombie (regen) and collect the ball with their +MA centaur while we KO a dorf in return. T2 and we KO another one and on T3 they KO one of our guard wights, but leave a decent path for our +AGI wight to make a 3+ 2+ dodge to assist and we can 2d blitz over their bull. They 3d blitz our wolf with their mino but can't find a POW and on our turn he blitzes free leaving a zombie to 'mind' the mino. During this time the ball has been surrounded by both teams (mostly us though) and on T6 they push our +AGI wight onto the ball and he catches it after it scatters back onto him!

They are out of rerolls and in a very awkward position, and when a 1d blitz doesn't go their way they give up at trying for the ball. They then roll a skull on an unimportant block and see a dorf KILLED! The apo can do nothing and we gleefully raise him as a zombie! We put the ball safe by the endzone and the teams trade blocks without further result til we score the winner on T16.

#7 Black Flag – Dead (RIP)
Your match report was more fun to read than watching that travesty unfold live :)

I would have been fine with everything you mentioned if my apothecary hadn't failed to patch up Black Flag. He scored 2 CAS that game, but the SPP were for naught. That's the second Blocker this team has lost because the apothecary was drunk in the dugout. I think we know what's on the menu tonight :)
