#11 Riverisco – Smashed Collar Bone (-ST) #14 Ludo – Dead (RIP)
“Long time passed since last time Principi were on pitch.
They well thirsty, as they proved to be, but even at their full strenght after this long rest.
The Claws had an aggrehessive start, but as all chaotic teams, they didnt cared the ball too much, failing to pick it up: this little mistake was enough, Giovanni dalle Bande Nere stole it quickly and scored a lighting fast touchdown on turn 2 (!).
On their next offence the Claws started to pay more attention to the ball, and managed to carry it throught the LoS: but then they were in Principi's half and vampires used all their powers to annoy them, hurting their ballcarrier (KO) on the last turns. Suddenly a struggle to protect/pick the ball born, with Claws forced to do rolls until the last turn, when they nearly scored, nearly :)
Second half gave Principi the offence having already the td lead: scoring, fast or not, was almost winning the match. Nurgle's defence shown a weak spot, and vampires exploited it to have most of their team running beyond enemy lines from the very first turn, keeping some sort of defence around the ballcarrier until turn 6, when they scored.
2-0 and match was won, passing the rest of it hiding our precious counts to avoid them any injury.
Principi's dream goes on throught the qualifier semifinal! Go Go Vamps!
Thanks Smashak for the nice match!”
