“A tight back and forth game. Dice where way up and down for both sides. Game started with losing a blitzer to a rock from the crowd and terrible blocking by us and a CAS by the wood elves on our Rat Ogre. It looked grim and we were forced into a lower percentage score than I would like, but it worked - then to add to the wood elf misery, we got a blitz - and the wood elves could not quite recover as one GR stripped the ball and the other plucked it up and raced in for the score.

A lot of back and forth after that, as we gave up a TD, then on our next drive we snaked a gfi - and the elves managed to strip the ball and then hail mary the ball out for another TD. Back and forth it went - tied 3-3, we POW his blodger and have the ball...wood elves POW our blodger...but we got the final turn - with a line rat streaking for the endzone, a desperate heave found its mark for the 4-3 victory.
