#8 Ebony – Dead (RIP)
Endless Delirium chose to receive in the first half; Breaking Really Bad then proceeded to break the guild wide open. Tanika was badly hurt, but regenerated. Ebony was killed dead. Endless Delirium's first turn resulted in 5 blocks on the same high elf, every single one resulting in a push. Then, on the second turn, Xlorie double skulled re-roll double skull as the first action of the turn. Things were not looking good.

From that point on, Nuffle decided that Endless Delirium deserved a break. Elves constantly rolled ones and skulls. Scynthe blitzed into the end zone, grabbed the ball, got pushed around a bit, and single die blitzed for a turn 5 touchdown. A perfect defense and a beautiful kick from Terror, forced the elves to pass the ball to a vulnerable catcher, who Scynthe promptly blitzed down. Mentai then retrieved the ball and moved into a turn 8 touchdown.

The second half started with Tanika attempting (and missing) a pass to skill; the elves closed in, but were unable to make the 3 2+ rolls required to get the ball, and Endless Delirium actually built a proper cage for Mentai to hide in. Then Endless Delirium finally managed to start breaking armour, badly hurting one elf, and KOing several more; outmanned, the elves were unable to prevent Zerfall from scoring in turn 6. Nuffle still hadn't returned to the elves, and they were out of re-rolls by this point; which caused a fumbled pass to leave the ball open to Vallast and in scoring range.. but Vallast failed the re-rolled go for it. The elves had one last shot to get into scoring range, but failed the 2+ dodge; and Endless Delirium then covered the ball, and made several risky plays in an attempt to dodge a zombie out to provide a chainpush that would grant Vallast a last die hard attempt to get into scoring range, but the zombie tripped.

Nuffle clearly chose sides this game; and even the first few turns of disaster were just really salt on the wound. Hopefully Breaking Really Bad finds their blessing next game!

Thanks for the game Gromblmompf!
