Having defeated the Gizeh Globetrotters mere days ago, Da Fighta Bommaz were shocked to see their coach Kane at the helm of another team, the Dark Elves "Dark Intellect". Obviously the coach wanted revenge for his Tomb King's defeat at the hands of the Bommaz and would try anything to get it.

In sweltering conditions, the size of each team varied greatly during the match, swinging favour to either side in turn as player collapsed in the heat. The Dark Elves kicked off, with Ork Thrower Rokdroppa receiving the ball deep into the Bommaz half. As a hole opened up in the scrimmage line, Rokdroppa ran forward, handed the ball to Grimmjaw Woundopener, who then failed a quick pass to Rokbollok, having the ball bounce into the air and back into his own hands.

Surrounded by Dark Elves, the Orcs could no longer hold off the wave of tackles which resulted in the loss of possesion. The speed of the Elves was now put into play, as Tolstoi switched play to the opposite flank and dodged his way to the opening touchdown, seemingly unaffected by the heat. The second kick off saw the Bommaz with an advantage of numbers as more of the Elves fell to the heat, but thrower Longbomma was obviously also affected as he failed to pick up the ball twice, allowing the Dark Elves to close him down and steal the ball for a second touchdown, Tolstoi once again the scorer.

The second half kicked off with the Orcs again with an advantage in numbers. This time however, they capitalised superbly, with a Blitz offering them the chance to surround the spot where the ball was coming in to land. With only a couple of defenders able to get near the ball, the Orcs easily drove it over the line for their first touchdown.

The final kickoff saw the numbers evened again, with the Elves caging up on the Orcs' right flank. With a huge number of blocks being thrown over the remaining turns, the Dark Elves seemed content to skip in between them, dodging like pros. With the clock ticking, Tolstoi took it upon himself to once again score for the Elves, stamping his mark firmly on the game. It seems Kane has gained vengeance.

Having beaten Kane's Khemri team 1-0 a few days ago, I was offered the chance to play his Dark Elves, who were a different story. Lots of dodging and running left me unable to keep up, although a lucky blitz gave me the chance to score one touchdown. A good opponent and a reasonably fun game. Thanks again Kane. PS: The luck factor is so unbelievably far off. :p
