#13 Sagat – Dead (RIP)
#17 Harold Whitestream – Fractured Arm (MNG)
Another painful outing for the Nuffle cursed rats. Off the kickoff, the elves crushed the middle of the skaven defense and fouled Chita Man Killer with a Badly Hurt result. Khaine's children smelled blood and before the half was out another rat was Hurt and the rookie Thrower, Sagat was killed by rabid RNG fans. The elves delayed the first score due to an unthreatening rat presence and negated any benefit of the induced star player.

The opening of the second half began with the Brigade fielding 8 players to RNG's 10. Outnumbered, a risky move down the left sideline was attempted. the elves sealed the left flank and began rolling up the other, sending a journeyman rat to the sideline with a broken arm. A timely block of the witch elf gave Pulo Red Eyes just enough room to dance across the field for a TD, bringing the score to 1-1.

The remainder of the game was merely a formality as the elves continued to clear the pitch of the misbegotten rats. Nightflute walked into the endzone for the final score and straight to the locker room.

Great game report from the rats' press agent.

For the Elves, the key moment came in the first turn when the Journeyman fouled the Rat Ogre. It was a show of strength to put him on the line, and the Elves had to make 3 other Block attempts before they had the numbers to hit him. However when that hit worked, the RO was surrounded by Elves, so a Foul was pretty much called for.

Pulo's 3-TZ dodge to score was a stylish move, forcing the Elves to consider him a real player and to hunt him for the rest of the game. Along the way they KOd and BH too many Rats for any recovery to be possible.
