Even so both situations were somewhat avoidable. First I failed to score after hitting double skulls on the blitz. The dump off was intercepted. Of course, had I simply done things in order and moved the runner first, I possibly could still have scored.
Then on defense after I scored hoping to play for a winner. Kinda fell asleep - late, not really on it, and attempted to set up a risky surf. 2 dodges and a gfi... snaked the 1st dodge. Another game with this team I'd like to see the stats for. How I can struggle to win with this team yet go 23/3/2 with my rats who play more challenging opposition on balance... is beyond me.
I want to retire them but it seems the roster looks fine. I just have to play them much more tightly.”
