“This was the Tooth Faeries debut match. Up against another fast team who also have assassins amongst their number it was a challenging matchup. First half our players were dodging around like crazy but every so often a fairy was swatted down, including a vicious hit that left little Gumrot dead. Our Fenbeasts were inconsistent but laid out some pain too. Despite suffering a blitz Tooth Fairy got a td quarter of the way through as we burst through the middle of the rats. Sheamus O'Devil took down the rat carrier on the return but was himself stunned and a Night Runner somehow caught the scattered ball. But O'Reilly saved the day with his own attack and Dark Eyes got the ball safe till half time.
O'Reilly again charged in to the ball carrier after hypno assistance but then it all went wrong for us. The Fenbeasts spent most of the half dumb and suddenly our players dodgy skills deserted them. O'Reilly failed in his next attempts and the rats ran the ball home.
We still had time to score but after a fairy was brough down Pixie twice failed in her attempts to pickup the ball. Disappointing result but good game.”
