“The beleaguered Wrestlers had only 3 Ogres in the lineup today and they continued their recent habit of dumbly watching events while the Snots tried to dodge their way out of trouble. A Golem was sent off the pitch with a hard thrown rock. Straight after kickoff the Ogres were surrounded on the LOS and the snots had to try to slow down the Necros with screens. It was no good though and eventually a Wolf scored in turn 6 when the Ogres got near to his corner.
Big Daddy badly hurt a zomb but there had been a great kick to the back and a snot couldn't recover the ball. Eventually we managed a ttm attempt but Big Daddy merely fumbled Lucan.
Second half two of our Wrestlers started dumb so Little Lord Lucan and fellow snots dodged forward. Alas he was brought down and the ball went into the crowd. A fan threw it back to our half and a Wight picked it up and dodged away for the 2nd td. During this time the Necro zombies enjoyed kicking our Ogres on the crowd while the ref slept peacefully.
We were well beaten with some snots also badly hurt but had time for another drive. Under pressure Les tried to throw Shane Mcmahon but just dropped him on his head. After some scrapping Begath somehow ended up in possession of the ball after a surprising catch. The ungainly Golem then took the 3rd td. Last block the apo also had to save Les from permanent injury! Hard but fun game.”
