The Umepunk carried on their drive, but a failed gfi on the goal line and a disgustingly beneficial throw (for the elves), left the ball in the open. The cakes do what they do best, grab it and send it sailing down the field for a half time score of 2-0.

The second half saw an five turn drive and score by Umepunk to bring the Necro's within one TD. A dropped catch allowed the Necro team to swarm the ball, and the bouncing ball landed in the hands of a zombie. Banoffee was able to pop the ball, but Carrot failed the pick up in a tacklezone. With two sets of double skulls in three blocks, Umepunk's chances of retrieving the ball and sneaking a tie where reliant on elf snakes, but when they didn't come up Strawberry was able to run away for his hat-trick touchdown.

Of note
- Xylon Ariskgo after a heroic effort in his first game, is niggled half way through this one, apo pronounced him dead on arrival.
- All six kick off rolls where either cheerleaders or coaches, all six rerolls went to the Cakes.”
