“An epic game for the flings and nearly their first win against the dreaded Norse in CRP. Luck swung both ways in this game at key moments, first the flings got a blitz and parked an Oak tree under the ball, he failed to catch but did enough to help the flings secure the ball for a 2 turn Td.

Norse then started again and failed a pick up, a fling flew threw the air landed perfectly, just a 4+ pick up and a dodge both with rr needed to go 2 up, but he failed the pick up. The norse blocked him the following turn but his armour didnt break and there was no else back to pick the ball up so he got a 2nd bit at the cherry but again failed the 4+ with rr. After which the norse secured the ball and made a GFI without RR to score in the final turn.

The flings then received with the game tied and proceeded to start smacking the norse about. It looked certain that flings would win. But they failed a GFI to score after the coach got too excited the previous turn wasting the final rr on something stupid. The game was over. Damn 2+ to stop the flings beating Norse for the first time in the CRP era.”
