“This is the first time in about 30 games we were fielding 11 of our own players...no loners! I knew after this game considering I was looking at 9 MB's that would not be the case! :-)
Anyway, we were able to secure the ball on defense with a deep lucky pass and then on offense managed an easier strike than it should have been when we had a Quick Snap on the Kick Off.
After that the casualties started mounting and a failed GFI left the Dwarfs able to amble up the pitch for a T8 TD!
Shep definitely has a sense of humor and going into the match, you are going to lose some players....but it's a small price to pay for his disadvantage of using ONLY Dorf blockers.
I will say, this is the FIRST time I have had all my Catchers survived a match in which we were not Elf-Balling!
