Round 2
The longest game in the history of the E.A.T.B.B.L., and the first game to come down to a tie-breaker in a tournament. The heroes of the Quixotic League just wouldn't quit, and both teams were bitten by failed agility rolls and bad times. The one-turn TD in T16 to tie it up was a thing of beauty. But our hearts were broken twice in OT when we failed a gfi in OT that would have put the game away, and then later dropped a 3+ catch that would have also won it for us. The team goes into the offseason with a lot to think about as we're nursing a ton of injuries. But at least we ended the menace of Manticore to Paragon City. Or rather, he ended himself when he failed a Leap trying to win the game.
