“The linguists had a good game against a chaos pact team which had two big guys which behaved well most of the game, but which was lacking in basic skills (Block, Dodge) and therefore lost the blocking game to the bashy elves 51-26.

Pact caged up and rolled down the field, scoring at turn 6 of the first half, then were unable to stop the elves from a two-turn elfball score. In the second half, some exciting scrums were had and possession of the ball shifted back and forth. In the end Nuffle decided in favor of the elves, but they helped by having an abundance of block as well as some frenzy to multiply the threat.

Both the troll and the ogre were fouled into missing the next game. These elves truly do have sharp elbows... Apothecary tried to save the troll, but botched the job and nearly got him killed instead!

Assassin learned to Dodge after the game, which may come in handy, and the team picked up a third Blitzer for even harder hitting in future games.
