“I had all the luck in this one. Eventual MVP Halloumi Hood killed Bigger Bang in the first turn of the match, and the apo didn't do a damn thing to help. I had to score earlier than I wanted to, and I was struggling to hold up the Gardeners, but my best efforts to do so couldn't stop a T8 TD. But even when I had a rat pushed into the crowd, they loved us too much to hurt us.

Then in the second half, a series of cursed GFIs on not-so-sure-footed bulls meant I got the ball from a square from our end zone and ran it all the way to the other end of the pitch. Less than thoughtful positining from me meant he could still blitz my carrier, but then he failed to get the ball and fell over again, and a last chance to blitz the carrier (should have stood a few more rats up to make that harder) was no good because hobgobs can't tackle.

So a fairly undeserved win for the Mutant Rats, but they'll take what they can get against chorfs...
