“The Villains faced some Ogres here, and we had a big advantage on paper. Though they do have 3 S6 fellas. We went for some easy casualties early with Seal tackling down and killing a hapless snot, while Mumm-ra KO'd another. But then there was a moment of doubt when Yggardis fumbled the ball followed by fellow ghoul Kraklow being cas'd by a fireball and superstar zombie Quickfingers being cas'd by an Ogre! But after that it went to smooth sailing for the Villains. Yggardis moved past their line and we just about got on top in the blocking. A snot got himself sent off. But then the Ogres started to gather round the Mummies so we decided we better score!

We kicked long. Due to strong sun affecting some players Nobbla Blackwart came on with his saw, but he did little. Bizarrely a snot was thrown next to him, ko'd and then somehow bounced along and became only stunned. At the back we managed to tag their carrier but time ran out.

Second half The Black Wight killed the snotling with the ball who had been left just in range. After some scrapping Yggardis eventually came out with the ball. We got rid of all but one of the snots but those durable Ogres kept getting up and hitting back.

Kudos to the Ogres, but in the end we won 2-0 and the Villains shamble on.”
