The apo was used on a SI (-Av) for the Trollslayer late in the first half. Following that the kill came one turn later.
Apart from giving the Khemris the ref and one additional reroll as kick off results, the offence of the Dwarves was effictively put down through a reorganization of the Khemri team once and a Blitz the second time. During the third attempt to enter the Khemris half of the field (with only 7 dwarves left against the 11 undeads), a desperate pass was intercepted by the mummy "Gnome Chompsky", that sprinted to the 3:0 after that.
Good gameplay from Bruno who deserved victory.
But not like this and not 3 TD.... That was through bad luck with the dice. It actually felt quite unreal to me... :(”

My elves in disguise really proved their worth in this game with all their agility and movement they just swoshed past any oposition....
Or rather, the dwarves got shorthanded after a few turns, one dwarf being sent of by the ref and the difference in numbers started to show at once, when there are mumies on the pitch who can tie up a dwarf or two...
Things where going ok with me scoring 1-0 in turn 5, and then the luck really smiled upon me, injuring the slayer with some foul play :/ and afterwards killing a poor dwarf. I even ended the half with my blitz-ra managing to steal the ball but he fell on a gfi just one hex short of a touchdown.
My elves seemed insipred, and well, with the few dwarves he had and my luck at the kickoffs, perfect defence and blitz, there really wasnt much any coach could do. Arcon played well but dwaves really are weak when they are 4 less of them than the opposing team.
But, as the final proof, or insult, my mumy, or rather Dark Elf Blitzer Gnome Chompsky managed an interception on a desperate pass at the middle of the pitch and then ran and scored, just needing 3 gfi to get there in 3 turns, such a quick elf =)
