“A somewhat surreal victory for the Orc Spacers participating in the Eighth Season Trophy for the first time!

After a powerful kick by the 'Nine Men and Their Dogs' that stopped the ball just a hair's breadth from the Touchdown line, the Orcs stretched too far and gave the Necromancers the chance to make a powerful press. Although at the cost of a Ghoul Badly Hurt and a Wolf KO, Calbin Dina manages to score on turn 4 of the first drive!

It seems over for the Orcs Spacers but the second drive begins with a colossal Pitch Invasion! Half of the Necromantics (expecially the Wolf and the survived Ghoul) are left stunned on the pitch and the Orcs take the opportunity to throw their slow Santirix Gremionis on the right wing.
After a series of blocks it's turn 7: the Orcs need an easy handover and then an easy rush by the agile Vasilia Aliena, but in the euphoria of the abyss allow themselves to be tempted by yet another block, perhaps too confident of their two available rerolls: incredible quad skulls and howls from the crowd! It seems over but turn 7 for the Necromancers begins with a double skull! Unbelievable! The orcs have only one reroll left and a pass and a double gfi, which succeeds: 1-1! The orcs think about the second half and don't realise that we're on the third drive of the first half! And in an insanely unconscious manner they all line up on the LoS and take a smash from the necromantic, luckily nobody gets out.

Fourth drive, second half! the Necromantic play 9 against 11, the Orcs deploy the two fast goblinesses Vasilia Aliena and Gladia Solaria on the wings and leave the slow tired Gremionis in the locker room.
The Orcs' pressure is immediate with a terrible "Blitz!" : Necros try to dodge the pressure but around turn 6 they have to capitulate in a numerical inferiority Calvin Dia capitulates and drops the ball after a powerful one-nut blitz (which, if he failed, was a pain because he was already in the opponent's half of the field) and now the ball is in Han Fastolfe's possession.
Dr Fastolfe, however, is surrounded by a swarm of opponents, especially the terrible Wraiths. Vasilia Aliena is marked by a Zombie and is 6 squares from touchdown. The last round begins with the Orcs without a single Reroll.

"Ridiculous" shouts the coach of the Orcs Spacers who regain indomitable courage, and after a furious scrum they manage to free Han Fastolfe who performs a perfectly executed 5+ pass rush and catch Vasilia at the TD line. Applause from the crowd for this breathtaking finish!
