Very interesting team. The S4 Stand Firm AV 11+ guys are houses, and the 6+ Ag doesn't even really matter. I almost never dodge my Black Orcs, so the difference between 4+ and 6+ doesn't seem to come up much. The tentacle/prehensile tail players are also nasty. Get stuck on one of them and you are not dodging out. They also have M7 Ag 3+ Frenzy players that would make great carriers. Just a very well rounded and interesting team. Also Av 10+ lineman are nice. Not sure what things costs, but this team seems very strong for SL.
2. First Drive
Failed the pick up but definitely should've went for the foul before I did. I had already committed the guys, I have the bribes and the SG, might as well go for it, but didn't. Ended up in a very awkward position with the opponent able to pressure the ball very heavily. We were able to get a cage established, but it was awkward and marked in places. A messy scrum followed, and it looked pretty bad for us, but the opponent was forced into several -2D, and 1D blocks. Some failures happened and we were able to get a break away eventually.
3. Stab
Never really used stab until this match and it was very effective. We managed to put down one of the M7 players for sometime with stabs and fouls. Nice thing to consider if there are no assists, and the opponent has block, and low AV.
4. Foolish Foul
Saw the S4 Stand Firm player on the ground and I had to take the foul. Ended up rolling a 10 with assists only to realize he was Av 11+. Best just to avoid fouling those players without 5 assists.
5. Turn 6, Easily Blitz to Mark My Runner
I left a very easy lane to mark my carrier Turn 6 and had my opponent not failed a rush I likely would've had to dodge to get away from the mark, potentially killing the drive. I moved a Hobgoblin up to create a screen, but I was one square short of closing the lane.
