“This was the third time these two teams had met in recent times, with the Squeakers winning the first encounter 2-1, then losing 0-3 in a rematch.
The Squeakers looked in trouble at the start when both their nigglers failed to make it to the game whilst all five of the Pure Thought's nigglers did!
However, the Squeakers were soon up 2-0 after scoring a quick TD and then blitzing the Pure Thought to score a second. The Thought scored a TD late in the opening period to reduce the lead to 1.
In the second period, the Squeakers stole the ball in defence and scored a quick TD and then blitzed and scored again to take the lead to 4-1. With the game already won, the Squeakers kept their distance and allowed the Thought to score a last TD.

A lot of luck went my way after two of my better players didn't turn up to due to nigglings! Two Blitzes helped me heaps. A fun game as always against Screener.
After the game, my Rat Ogre reached 77 SPP and got +1 Str, but niggled :(. My most junior Gutter Runner (Dauntless and Block) got tackle.

As always against Malthor, a fun and entertaining game... no real progress for my team this time around.. but I'm sure there will be more chances down the road..
