#3 Hoosier Daddy – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#3 Hoosier Daddy – Smashed Knee (NI)
Albion Regional Challenge

This semi final match was worthy of a championship match. First half was close and became a bit of a foul fest after the rats had GTR. Mully responded with multiple fouls on that damn Claw Vermin but to no avail.

The Ogre was taken down early and was sent to early retirement. The half ended at 1-1 with both teams looking strong.

2nd half started with a Blitz! for the rats. The kick landed in a perfect spot and they were all set up to take the lead. Then Nuffle struck again and 3 turns of horrific dice allowed the Cleavers to steal the ball, clear the pitch and score in T8 for a 2-1 lead.

With 0 RRs left it looked glum for the Plague. But a quick snap, and a series of rolls without a 1, allowed the AG5 runner to scamper the distance for a 1 turn TD and tie.

OT arrived and once again both teams fought to the end. A TD by each squad knotted the game at 3-3 and left it up to the gods to see who would advance.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This was a very enjoyabe game, even if it meant a loss in the end. We stalled, fouled, and did whatever else it took to try and win. Both coaches were also tactically smart, and used these underhanded tactics when the situation called for it and not just to be a dick.

Good luck in the finals and let it be known there is a bounty on that damn Vermin's head.

:) Mully has pretty much siad it all this was a very fun game to play as my armour held up much better than it should have to offset the string of bad rolls and leave me enough players to keep the game tied when my dice got back to normal :). It's too bad that it had to end in a coin flip. It has to be noted that I managed to push the ag 5 mv 10 gutter far enough not to have to gfi for the turn 16 score as gfi's mean certain failure for me :). And the Stormvermins here whenever someone wants to collect the bounty :)
