“Well that didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. Killed his ST5 claw beastman with my ogre on a both down result, which I thought was pretty funny. The rest of the game was no contest though. With his team securing a lockdown and a claw/rsc/piling on blitz every turn there's not a whole lot of options except to weather through. Diarmuid challenged me, and the handicaps he got were crap fortunately.

Only thing that annoyed me was that my block tackle lino aged with a niggle on his third skill. Another skilled lino down the drain. Gah.

addendum: Even though the luck meter doesn't show it, I made some pretty unlikely (desperate?) dodges in second half. My last dodge out and -2db blitz knocked down his ball carrier and almost prevented the 2-0.”
