#12 Snow Storm – Dead (RIP)
“The brilliant career of Snow Storm came to an end when he was viciously kicked to death by the Blazer's dirty player and several of his friends in the 7th turn of the second half. Truly a nasty display of unnecessary brutality.
The Champions will notify the League's Committee about that disgraful behavior and hope to see that filthy creature choke on his own vomits.

It is simply cynical to hear bashy coaches complain about how unbalanced the game is in favor of agile teams. I would like to see how they handle having one death and 3 MNG in the next game.

It is _the way_ that that good player was lost, not the fact I did.
Just look at the casualties and tell me who is the basher. Unfortunately for you, you got them in the second half. Can you imagine for a minute making those cas in the first half? It would have been a bloodshed.
As for your reasons:
a) 2 MB vs AV7 surely can do much more damage than 2 MB (one on a rooted tree) against AV9.
b) Agreed. Still, you got 2 BH, 3 MNG and 2 Deaths. What else do you want?
c & d) Is it my fault that you placed your guards in the wrong place when forming the cage?
e) more strength and AV.
A 32 TS difference is nothing in F1. I will not bother to go into your team record, but I am sure there will be plenty of games with a higher difference.
You also asked me for a game when it would have been unbalanced in your favor. Don't blame me now only because you accepted and I didn't. Look at the state of my team after this game and it is obvious to see why...
I call a team bashy when their strategy is to bash. You have a team of Orcs, so that's a fact. The problem is that you don't seem to accept that role. Again, I respect that you bash me, it is unnecessary fouls that I dislike.
I do have 2 more tacklers than you (4 vs 2). That is not an advantage per se, since you have only 1 dodger. So the upshot is that I have 3 or 4 useless skills , while all your skills count towards neutralising my players.
'nough said. I only hope you don't take it personally. I will have forgotten about it by the next game, and I hope you do the same. It was a fun game. Pity I have to play another after this one. :D

I concede I am far too attached to my players. I thought I was cured, but obviously I am not. Sorry about all the ensuing talk.
I think we both knew beforehand the pros and cons of this game, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of both teams.
I like to score more than to hurt, so I hope you start an elf team soon. Then we will mourn our losses together. :D

It is simply cynical to hear someone that will take the gold this round to complain so much after a cheerypicked game just because he lost a good player.
My team just had no chance for the win, because
a) My 2 MB (one on a stupid Troll) can't do much damage
b) My 2 tackle are not enough to take down the blodger elves
c) I had only 2 more guard than the opponent.
d) Few guard for a proper cage.
e) less agility and MV.
Also, the 32 TS difference can clearly show that the teams are unbalanced.
Why I played? Canales asked me more than once for a game this round and I did the stupidity to accept. He should pay the prize in some way for this easy win and that's why I kicked his player.
p.s.
You can't call a team with only 2 MB and 2 tackle bashy.
If you can call it bashy, then Canales' team is more bashy because it has 2 MB and much more tackle.

After a blitz you brought all your players next to mine and as it was expected many were hit at my next turn. Then I had more players to make even more cas.
Nevertheless strong elf teams like yours can score and win with much less players and jugding from your medals, you know that very well :)
a) 2 MB can't help much when you don't have tackle to support them.
b) You got all those cas after that blitz. You gave me many free shots.
c & d) A cage must move, players with guard must be out of it to open some road. Anyone that play Orcs knows that.
e) useless when you don't have tackle and guard to support it because all the elves dodge away and don't fall down easily.
A Golden rules says that non-agile teams do not have a chance for a win, against agile teams at high TS - TR. They only have few chances if they are loaded with MB or Claw/RSC and they get lucky cas at the begining.
Unfortunately, I didn't knew that when I started the orcs. I will start some elves after my exams ;)
2 tackle against 8 blodgers don't do much.
It was a good game though and I expect the loss as I told you before the game. It is the unnecessary "unhapiness" for a lost player while you will take the gold medal again, that I don't like.
We might play again next round :D”
