“The top match between these teams had been much looked forward to.
However the Elves were already certain for a place in the final, and while they still played to maintain their winning record it was obvious that they didn´t have the same enthusiasm as the Orcs.
In the first half the receiving Orcs scored after several sack attempts, but their thrower Hans kept on saving the day.
There still was a few turns left and the remaing 8 Elves tried to break through but couldn´t protect the ballcarrier, thus it ended 1-0 at halftime.
In the second half, the Elves scored a TD eventhough they were under lots of pressure by being only 8 vs 10.
The Orcs Received once again, but this time they got sacked by Achare (who played a super match, and obviously were elected Mvp).
and Bachere Hellbringer picked the ball up from amongst friends and enemies and rushed downfield, protected by 2 Elves.
In the end it all came down to a short sprint to score, but their coach decided that they´d better play safe getting some defenders back in case it went wrong. This would prove to be a wrong decision, as a failed dodge, from the blodging N´kari left the carrier undefended, and it was easy for the Orcs to blitz him.
Now the Orcs tried to score in the opposite side, but a handoff failed and thus it ended 1-1.
A match where many, many rolls left to turnovers dobbel skulls, failed 2+ dodges with dodge etc.
However all in all 1-1 might be the right result in this even match where both teams were very close at getting the victory.”
