“Well, Nuffle hates this team..my dwarves dodge better. passes intercepted continuously, dodges failing all over the place. 2db skull, skull. Opponents who can't fail a 1db or dodge roll (it seems like..they do fail but just not as often as I do)

Despite that, on my turn 5 of the 2nd half, I managed to have a small streak of luck. gaining control of the ball and passing to my catcher who runs down the field. The dwarves had not way to catch me...the closest players were longbeards and my catcher was 9 or ten squares away from them.

The way things were going, I knew I would not be able to score again to win, and my opponent probably would have had an easy time scoring the winning td...unless I delayed my score from turn 6 to turn 7 (since he'd recieved the 2nd half KO).

I normally don't delay, but sometimes you have to--though I would have only delayed 1 turn.

Of course, I was not near as lucky on the 2nd try of turn 5. My 1st blitz to knock 1 TZ away from the ball resulted in me failing a GFI.
Then My opponent says.."that seems unfair". "I'll go ahead and score and let you score an easy TD"

Well, crap, that isn't what I wanted..I had the TIE guaranteed..he wouldn't have been able to make the 2nd score. So, when he scored, I conceded. Wasn't worth the effort and I'm canning this team anyway.

So, Stad. you are on the ignore list for now..don't bother offering to play any of my teams...I'd rather play with sportsmen..
