Scribbl 13 PressConf Library of Indra

Into a packed press room at the newly re-developed home stadium of the Library of Indra walk an honour guard of King Indra's finest Gorilla soldiers. The feather plumes in their helms have been changed to match the yellow and brown of the team colours and they carry between them the Regional trophy won last Spring.
Behind them, nervously clutching some rolled parchment, is the teams rookie Thrower Kylabee. She swings up onto the podium in front of the honour guard still holding aloft the prized trophy.
Kylabee unrolls the parchment, clears her throat and starts to speak.
"I would like to start by thanking you all for attending and also by apologising that it is not Watang here speaking to you today. My partner... I mean Team Coach is on the training pitch as we speak putting some of our new team mates through their paces." She looks up from her notes at the gathered press. "I am happy to answer any questions you may have."
Carlos Tuffjaw, roving reporter for The SCRIBBL, raises his arm. "What is so important that Watang cannot be here himself to talk to the valued and upstanding members of the press?"
"As I said, he is on the training pitch this very instant. It's been a long and tough year for my boys and... sorry, bear with me." Kylabee stutters as she arranges the parchment notes. "Ah yes, due to some of our veteran players retiring with injuries, the team has been on a recruiting drive. We now have half a team who have not even played 10 games. They need time to gel and to understand Watang's desired playing style."
Carlos Tuffjaw snorts "Getting your excuses in early I see! Did I read it right that you will play the Elf lasses of Eye and Arrow in a Winter Friendly, have you gone stark raving mad?!"
Kylabee looks flustered and blushes beneath her orange fur. "I, er, that is we, erm..." again she has to consult her notes and continues "That is, the team wanted to pit itself against the best of the best. Eye and Arrow won the Gold Division and have long been admired by Watang for their grace and beauty. If you ask me he spends too long watching replays of their games!" There is a chuckle around the room which brings a smile to Kylabee's face. "This is a chance for the team to play a glamourous match against such a glamourous team."
Carlos Tuffjaw rolls his beady eyes. "Yeah, good luck with that. As defending champions of the region, are you getting a bit too big for your boots?"
"We do not wear boots, it interferes with our playing." Kylabee says as she gives a thumbs up with her left foot.
"You know what I mean! Answer the question!" says Carlos Tuffjaw with more than just a hint of impatience.
"Well, I don't know what to..." Kylabee is nudged by one of the Gorilla soliders and she again returns to her notes "The team has to be at their best to retain the title of Regional Champions of The Kingdoms of Ind, Lumbria and the Hinterlands of Khuresh. A lot of blood has been spilled on all sides and the team feels that it will be a very closely contested region this time around. The resurgent Bear Catchers are ones to watch, the snakemen of K'r'shh Sl'ppr'ss are always slippery opponents and the once mighty Bhubaneswar Rampage have suffered a setback in the death of one of their deadly Raksashas Chhatrapati Shivaji but should never be counted out. The team would like to promise their fans that they will fight for every ball tooth and claw and never give up. Thank you, that is all I have to say."
With that Kylabee rolls up her parchment and swings back down off the podium, rushing out of the press room to jeers and shouts followed by the slightly slower Gorilla soldiers.
