Asterion had terrorized people in the Labyrinth of King Minos for many years before he heard about Blood Bowl. He thought it sounded like a lot more fun then wandering through the same tunnels day after day. He found a team willing to take him on and was doing just beginning to get the hang of the game when he was killed in only his second game. This loss had a huge effect on the teams ability to function their next few games until they were able to scrape together the funds to replace the unexpected loss of one of their early big men.
