Leader of the White Sammakko expedition. Old and wise Slann who is well versed in all things mechanical. His trusty ancient relic - a mechanical mega-Saurus - was a great tool when slann first took over their domains in Lustria.
Chichi lives for the idea that he and his fellow slann can finally leave this war-torn backwater planet and return to their kin in the stars. But to reach that they need to find out how to use warp portal somewhere in the north pole... and in order to fund their research he and his team plays for Tófi Oakenhawk.
It is unfortunate that mega-Saurus sometimes suffers from severe input lag, making it immobile until command buffer clears out.
