For several season Julian Starr had tormented the NCBB. The abomination was a scoring threat, as well as a potent defensive player, scoring two touchdowns for every casualty inflicted. Natal Adams never forgot the first time he played against Starr, how the ghoul gloated with each touchdown, of the beating the team took at the hands of the Bee-Bees. But Natal was patient. He bided his time. He trained, he focused, he spurred the BallHawks to victories, and nurtured the team after defeats. For the Miami BallHawks were not a team built around Natal Adams, but a team Natal Adams helped build, and he knew there would come a day when he and Starr would meet again on the pitch.

When that day came, Natal was ready. He remained calm, cool, an immovable rock in a sea of calamity. Then, in the midst of the fury and the fray, Natal saw his chance at redemption.

The scourge of the NCBB lie there, dead, his blood soaking into the surrounding pitch, and with little more than a moments' though, Natal Adams continued down the field, as the BallHawks were trailing 0-2, and there was a game to be played.

When the final whistle blew the match ended 2-all, and Natal Adams turned to leave the pitch and return to the locker room with the rest of his team, intent on reveling in their hard fought tie. While exiting from the field, boos and jeers could be heard from the stands, as the Bee-Bees' fans mourned their fallen legend. Shrieks of "Star-Killer!" came roaring down upon them, but still Adams maintained his composure and walked from the pitch. It was only after teammate Cole Jabriu sauntered up beside Adams and said, "Good game, Starr Killer" that Adams' allowed for a smile to crack upon his face.

What is there to say about Natal Adams? What is there that couldn’t be said? A true Ironfrog, Adams walked onto the team for their playoff game to make it to the National Championship in Season 32, and never missed a match for the four seasons which followed. When unexpectedly handed the torch of head-ballhawk with the unexpected demised of Drakensberg Fields at the beginning of Season 33 Adams did not question, he simply did. He preformed his role game after game, through victories and defeats, and always did that which was best for the team.

For the 20th pick of the NBFL Season 28 Draft the Atlatl Flechettes select Natal "Starr Killer" Adams. On the Flechettes, Adams will be transformed into a Skink, but will likely continue his history of tormenting caged ball carriers. We wish him the best of luck.
