Bulfim was signed by Strömstad Strikeforce in the midseason between season one & two and was supposed to play from start in the season 2 but due to his problem with anger he was put on the bench the first couple of matches. He managed to get some control over his issues and the parts he could not he could make use of on the pitch.
Two seasons later he had become one of the corner pillars in the team and he where a big part of many of the teams victorys. For example he was the teams kicker but what set him apart from the rest of the team was his speed. That and his abillity to make any opponents drop the ball or if that didnt work he could just wrestle them to the ground made him an excellent quarterback.
His retierment came as a surprise as season 3 was comming to an end and the team where in the Fumbble Brawl XIX - Mid, when the faced another orc team in the semi-final, and Strömstad Strikeforce lost. The part of losing in the tournament was ofcourse bad but Bulfim did not take it lightly to lose to another orc team.
It is ofcourse not fun to lose to an elf or anyone else but it could always be explained away by saying the opponents didnt play true blood bowl, but when you lose to anotehr orcteam, there is no excuse.
So everyone else knew that Bulfim would throw a tantrum but he didnt say anything. He just went out the door and never returned. Some say he walked up north and live alone in the wastelands and other say he changed his name and joined some army as mercenary but they are all rumors and noone really knows.
He is however retired and will always be remembered by the fans for his passion and that he always wore his heart on his sleave, and very often his opponents eyes in his hands. The fans even have a saying that sometime when an opponent end up in the Strömstad Strikefroce secion in the stands, the fans will release their inner Bulfim in order to inflict most damage to the unlucky player and if the player gets killed is also known as having been Bulfimed!
